)

CREATE TABLE #Attributes  --boolean attributes,if row exists apartment has this attribute 
(
     ApartmentID     int not null --FK to Apartments.ApartmentID,AttributeID     int not null primary key identity(1,AttributeType   smallint  not null --fk to AttributeTypes
